Facility Usage
Members are expected to:
- Respect the facility, equipment, and other members
- Follow all posted rules and guidelines
- Use the simulators and equipment responsibly
- Leave the space clean after use
Any intentional damage to equipment or property may result in additional charges or membership termination.
Booking & Scheduling
Simulator sessions may require advance booking through our booking platform.
Bookings may be subject to time limits, availability, and cancellation policies.
Repeated no-shows or misuse of the booking system may affect membership privileges.
Payments & Fees
Membership fees, booking fees, and other applicable charges must be paid on time.
Failure to complete payments may result in restricted or suspended access.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Assumption of Risk
By using the facility, members acknowledge that participation in golf-related activities carries inherent risks.
Users voluntarily assume all responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur while using the facility.
Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Golf is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from improper equipment use
- Technical interruptions or temporary service downtime
- Indirect or consequential damages related to facility usage
Website Usage
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
